Where we ship

Oasis Water Technologies ships within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to other destinations.

Shipping cost

Ground shipping is free on orders of $70 or more. Orders under $70 ship for a flat $8.00. Express shipping is available for $15.00. Your shipping options and their exact cost are shown at checkout before you pay.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Once an order has shipped, delivery within the continental United States typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Transit times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays and remote delivery addresses can extend them.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has been handed to the carrier, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. If tracking shows a package as delivered and you have not received it, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
