Where we ship

Oasis Water Technologies ships within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to other destinations.

Shipping cost

Standard ground shipping is a flat $8.00 per order. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Delta Plan members ship free, including the order that enrolls them in the Delta Plan. Members must be signed in to their account at checkout for free shipping to apply.

Filter packs included with the Delta Plan ship free as part of the plan. See the Nexxus Delta Plan Subscription Agreement for plan terms.

The Delta Plan and Anti-Scale Protection are not shipped items, so they never carry a shipping charge, whether you buy them on their own or with other products.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Once an order has shipped, delivery within the continental United States typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Transit times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays and remote delivery addresses can extend them.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has been handed to the carrier, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. If tracking shows a package as delivered and you have not received it, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
