9. Our Mobile Application and Connected Devices

Our mobile application and the connected Nexxus system collect additional information in order to provide their core functions:

Account information: the email address you use to sign in, and an account identifier we assign to you. You may sign in with an email address, with Apple, with Google, or with your Oasis Water Technologies store account.
Device and product information: the serial number of your Nexxus system, its configuration, and operational telemetry it reports such as flow, pressure and filter-life measurements. This information is associated with your account so we can show you your own system.
Push notification tokens: if you enable notifications, a token supplied by Apple or Google so that we can send filter and system alerts to your device. Tokens are used only to deliver notifications and are deleted when you disable notifications or delete your account.
Support conversations: messages you send us through in-app chat, together with your email address, so we can answer you and keep one history of your requests.

We use this information to operate the product you bought: to display your system's status, estimate filter life, send alerts, fulfil filter deliveries, and provide support. We do not sell it, and we do not use device telemetry for advertising.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and its associated personal information from inside the mobile application, under Account settings. Deleting your account removes your profile, your device associations, your saved preferences and your push notification tokens. Records we are required to keep by law, such as transaction and tax records, are retained for the period the law requires. You may also request deletion by emailing support@oasiswatertechnologies.com.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it in accordance with applicable law.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any changes. Your continued use of our Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
