How do I know which filter pack is right for me?
Simply enter your zip code into our contamination map and we will cross reference the EPA Echo data from your local water district to make a filter pack recommendation based on your local water municipalitie's contamination activty.
Do I need a water filter?

How do Oasis filters work?
At Oasis Water Technologies we use High-performance coconut shell carbon that undergoes a catalytic activation process. Also, proudly made right here in the USA!. Our carbon block filters are designed to adsorb contaminants like chlorine, chloramine, VOCs, PFOS, and PFOAs. Our high grade pleated sediment filters catch larger particles like sand and silt to extend the life and effectiveness of the carbon blocks. How do I know when to change my filters?
The Oasis Water Technologies mobile app will interface with your Nexxus system letting you know when it is time to change your filters. If you are subscribed to our Delta plan your filters will automatically ship when your filters are becoming exhausted.

Why doesn't my app monitor the Nexxus battery life?
To keep the Nexxus System affordable and hassle-free, we designed it with standard replaceable batteries. As a Delta Plan member, you'll receive fresh batteries with every filter pack, so your system stays powered without any extra effort.
Can I install the Nexxus myself?
If you're a DIY enthusiast comfortable with plumbing, installing the Nexxus is straightforward—no drain lines or electrical outlets required. If plumbing isn't your thing, we recommend reaching out to a local professional to ensure a smooth installation.
The Nexxus vs. Reverse Osmosis
The Nexxus system provides on-demand water filtration, meaning water is filtered instantly as you need it. With flow rates of up to 8 gallons per minute, it delivers whole-home filtration, ensuring clean water from every tap, faucet, and shower. In contrast, reverse osmosis systems are slow, typically producing less than 10 gallons of filtered water per day, making them suitable for just a single appliance. The Nexxus, however, tackles water impurities throughout your entire home—so every faucet, shower, and sink delivers clean, filtered water without limitations.

I am on city water do I need filtration
Absolutely! The Safe Water Drinking Act establishes minimum standards to protect tap water. These standards are minimal and often don't cover emerging contaminants. In order to disinfect the water the city will oftentimes inject chlorine or chloramine into the water. Once that water leaves the treatment facility it then travels through plumbing systems to your home potentially picking up contaminants along the way. Oasis filters are certified to remove contaminants like chlorine, chloramines, VOCs, PFOAS, PFOS, and lead that are often found in the water flowing into your home. This is why we recommend filtering your water regardless of the source.
Will this filter Iron?
Yes, our heavy metals filter pack includes a filter containing KDF85, a copper zinc alloy, which is designed to filter iron and other heavy metals out of water.
Will this filter PFAS (PFOAS and PFOS)
Yes, all of our filter packs include our PFOS ultra filter which is NSF 53 certified to filter PFOS
Will my water taste better?
Yes, our filters are going to remove contaminants such as chlorine and sulfur that are often associated with degrading the taste of water.
What is the contamination map?
Our contamination map is an automatically updating data driven map that uses data directly from the EPA's ECHO to determine the most recent trace level contaminants & contamination violations identified by local water districts. This allows The Oasis Water Technologies algorithm to identify the right filter combination for a home based on their specific contaminants.
